• Federal Elections Commission regulations limit the maximum donation for each individual to $2,300.

• All donors of $200 or more, please give us your name, address and employer. (FEC rules require this.) Only U.S. citizens, legal residents, political action committees or party committees may contribute. Donations are not tax-deductible.

By submitting a contribution you acknowlege:
1. I am not a foreign national who lacks permanent residence in the United States.
2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and not those of another.
3. This contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation or labor organization.
4. This contribution is made on a personal credit card or debit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made either on a corporate or business entity card or on the card of another person.
5. I am at least eighteen years old.

Here’s What Your Contribution Can Do:

• Your $50 contribution pays for 50 yard signs that can be used to increase visibility.

• Your $100 contribution funds 150 direct mail pieces to potential voters in the District.

• Your $250 contribution enables us to telephone 1,000 voters with a targeted get-out-the-vote message for Tom’s supporters.

• Your $500 contribution allows us to knock on 1,500 doors with a message to persuade voters to support Tom.
